1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JetVisa (jetvisa.eu) and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Services

JetVisa provides visa appointment monitoring and booking services. Our Notifications service sends alerts when appointment slots become available. Our AutoBooking service uses automated tools to book appointments on your behalf. We do not guarantee the availability of appointment slots, as this depends on visa centre schedules which are outside our control.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

4. Payments & Pricing

Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect existing active subscriptions. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions are non-recurring by default and expire after the subscription period (typically one month). You may enable auto-renewal in your account settings. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@jetvisa.eu within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent; (d) use automated tools to access the Service beyond what we provide; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetVisa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Kebapp FZE or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
